All Webelos transitioning into Boy Scouts should have their paperwork submitted to the council office by the new Troop within 48-72 hours of the crossover to ensure proper record keeping. This paperwork can be the list provided to each Pack this year or the youth application. Both forms require the signature of a parent and Troop leader. Reminder: there is still NO fee for this, or any other transfer.
